About the method
The coaching approach is grounded in my corporate experience as an HR manager and consultant, complemented by a diverse background in individual and organizational development. It is also shaped by my personal and professional experiences along the way . The quests and challenges of my clients, their successes and missteps, as well as my own moments of imbalance and the steps I’ve taken to regain direction, balance, and emotional poise. All with audacity and joyful fulfilment.
Because coaching is about human beings and change, I’ve chosen to share an approach that is, quite naturally, a blend or a combination of frameworks that allow us to follow the flow with creativity while staying grounded in a solid structure. If that makes sense to you, then we’re already aligned.
So, what shapes this approach?
It’s inspired by newer and evolving methods drawn from:
Psychology – positive psychology, NLP, transactional analysis.
Global coaching – presence-based coaching, cross-cultural coaching, and holistic/global coaching.
Leadership – including the recent integration of the traditional Yoga philosophy to mainstream leadership development.
What does this bring to you?
It gives you space to look at your life and work as a whole to see the connections that shape your experiences. Together, we work on all three levels: mind, body, and soul, embracing both the physical and emotional aspects of who you are.
Our conversations stay grounded in your current reality - what you need right now - while gently opening the door to deeper and lasting transformation within.
