This program was born from a simple yet powerful belief: growth happens faster and deeper when we don’t do it alone
We each come to the group as individuals at different stages of our lives, with our own stories, hopes, and questions about what “finding our work” really means. Yet, we share a common ground: the desire to live and work with more fulfilment, purpose, and meaningful contribution.
In this space, the group becomes more than a setting. It becomes a mirror, a sounding board, and a source of inspiration. Through shared experiences, peer support, and collective reflection, we learn not only from our own insights but also from the wisdom of others walking a similar path.
Finding Our “Work” is a six-month collective and personal development journey designed to help you take your next professional step with clarity and confidence.
The program includes:
8 group sessions, online and in person, spread over 6 months. 60–80 minutes each: focused time to explore your direction with the support of peers.
2 individual coaching sessions to address your personal goals and challenges in depth.
A guided journey to clarify, envision, and take action on your next career move
Access to tailored resources to explore who you are, what you want to express professionally, and how to shape your path forward
A focused workshop to refine your CV and LinkedIn profile, and to prepare for interview
the journey in details
the approach
I’ve seen how powerful it is when modern psychology, career coaching, and self-leadership come together. This mix gives you the tools and mindset to create real breakthroughs, not just in your work, but in how you approach your life.
We focus on what matters most to you right now, while also building the clarity and confidence for long-term growth. Along the way, you’ll learn from others’ experiences, share your own insights, and find encouragement in a supportive community that grows together.
the group members
We form an intimate, curated group of committed women on the same journey.
For an up and running group with praised values such as trust, work and strong connection, we aim at a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 8 women.
benefits
I’ve seen time and again how a group can become so much more than the sum of its parts. In our sessions, we share openly, learn from one another, and gently hold each other accountable. We witness each other’s growth and that shared journey creates new insights, energy, and possibilities none of us could reach alone.

>> WHO IS THIS FOR:
This group coaching experience is open to those ready to commit to exploring and making meaningful change in their work lives. The program enables you to pursue your quest that reflects where you are and what you need now.
>> Expectations:
Our group process relies on authentic, compassionate presence and commitment to the structure. I ask members to be punctual, engaged, and supportive of one another. As in one-on-one coaching, much of the progress happens between sessions. Together, we’ll lay the groundwork through activities, discussion, and exploration that fuel continued growth. Consistent practice is key to lasting success
structure of the program
Pre-start / Knowing you
Our journey begins with a one-on-one session designed to clarify your goals and reconnect you with who you are. Together, we’ll explore where you are now and where you want to go. So you can step into the group experience with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
The step-by-step approach
Once we’re aligned, we’ll follow a flexible Root, Rise & Impact framework: a dynamic, step-by-step approach that adapts to the group’s rhythm and needs. Guided by the principle “the wisdom is in the room,” each session begins by surfacing what matters most in the moment and setting a shared intention. The group defines the direction, while the coach steers the process, so to ensure balance, depth, and meaningful transformation throughout.
The Topics
Clarifying, Connecting & (Re)framing
We’ll begin by clarifying our needs and expectations and building authentic connection within the group. Together, we’ll take a systemic view of our careers and lives, seeing how our work, values, and responsibilities intertwine. Using a proven wellness model, we’ll explore what a “life well lived” truly means for each of us.
Owning & Envisioning
Through storytelling and reflection, we’ll uncover key moments that have shaped who we are today. You’ll identify what truly matters, define your vision for the future, and give meaning to your goals, clarifying not only what you want, but why it matters.
Taking Stock
Before moving forward, we’ll pause to recognize where we stand now. What are our strengths, values, and inner resources. You’ll gather evidence of your capabilities and confidence, seeing that you already have much of what it takes to move toward your goals.
Overcoming Obstacles
Together, we’ll face challenges and limiting beliefs with honesty and courage. Through shared wisdom and coaching insights, we’ll transform blocks into opportunities for growth, shifting from scarcity to abundance, where real progress begins.
Charting Our Path & Moving Forward
You’ll design your own roadmap and clarify priorities, actions, and resources needed to reach your goals. By sharing, testing, and refining these personal blueprints, we’ll turn them into powerful tools for ongoing development.
Recalibrating & Sustaining Progress
As we close, we’ll integrate learning and plan how to sustain momentum. You’ll explore strategies and leadership behaviours that keep you grounded and confident. You build the skills that empower you to lead your own path forward with purpose and ease.
CLOSING, CELEBRATING & CONTINUiNG
How participants and coach share content, intermediate progress or new insights?
Participants receive free access to the Google Drive “Women Group Coaching,” with session roadmaps, assignments, and curated resources (articles, podcasts, websites). A WhatsApp group will handle practical updates and quick info.
How much time should the participant devote to get the best benefit?
Between sessions, you’ll complete journaling prompts and exercises to support your growth and prepare for meetings. Sharing is optional. Expect to spend around 45 minutes per week, though this may vary by individual pace.

I highly recommend taking up a group COACHING
with Fabienne. It’s not about the perfect time, perfect coach or perfect participants. It’s about learning to create space for your own priorities with fellow women on similar journeys under the guidance of a coach who has been there, done that. I had a rewarding 6 month group coaching journey under her facilitation and aim to keep topping it up as I go forward on my path.

If you are going through some milestone life changes
or you are questioning where your next steps should take you, I would highly recommend taking up a group coaching program with Fabienne. You will benefit from her professional expertise and also learn to view yourself from points of view other than yours. I feel very lucky to have been asked to join in this journey and very grateful for allowing myself the physical time and mental space to go through with it. I feel like I have been responsible for my positive growth in the past 6 months and I have gained a number of tools that will support me in the time to come.
